Kings Cross has been the cross-roads of the Emerald City for hundreds of years. A crossroads is a place where the boundaries between worlds are thin, where journeys intersect and possibilities diverge. It is a threshold or a gateway to another world.
Part hybrid immersive experience over 5 floors of the Kings Cross Hotel, part CIA-funded experiment in mind-control, KX \ ULTRA explores what it means to stand at the crossroads and make a choice. Wait at the crossroads when the time is right and the traveller might meet … anyone. Step through the gateway and the traveller might find themselves … anywhere.
Created by the team behind the sold-out VIVID 2016 smash Visiting Hours, and working with the Kings Cross Hotel, KX \ ULTRA fuses technology, imagination and dark magic to create a thrillingly unique and delightfully trippy experience.
